Hanna Allen,Omnicom Media Group’s head of UK marketing, tweeted Apple’s director of iAd Paul Wrighthas has met with media marketing agencies to discuss iTunes Radio iAd.
Apple planned to launch in the UK in early 2014 last October, but this has not happened yet. Some people have reporter seeing iTunes Radios suddenly appear on their device in the last few months.
Paul Wright is now the current lead iAd director for Europe, the middle East and Asia he also used to be OMD’s chief digital officer. OMD is also linked closely to Apple’s advertising teams, the company has been in talks to negotiate advertising campaigns for iTunes Radio launch.
